Minister of Agriculture Armands Krauze mets with Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Latvia

On 18 July, Minister of Agriculture Armands Krauze met with Timur Rakhmanov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Latvia. During the meeting  the interests of cooperation between the two countries were discussed. Uzbekistan is interested in cooperation in the veterinary and phytosanitary fields and in training experts. Both countries are interested in promoting mutual trade. Transit-related difficulties and possible solutions were debated.
