The Ministry of Agriculture concludes an agreement on the lease of industrial fishing rights and prepares an annual protocol setting out the fishing limits available to the fisherman with applicants who have received a license to engage in commercial fishing in international waters and in the Baltic Sea beyond coastal waters.
The fee for the limits is determined in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers 11.08.2009. Regulation No. 918 "Regulations regarding the Lease of Water Bodies and Industrial Fishing Rights and the Procedure for the Use of Fishing Rights" 2. ' Annex I and shall be made in accordance with the payment arrangements set out in the annual protocol.
